Doug Kropf, an Independent Business Owner and Conklin distributor, worked milking cows for his dad for many years. Later, he was approached by a friend from church about working in his roofing business. Doug worked his way up from employee to partner to eventual owner of the business in 2000. Staying in touch with his customers every year at Christmas through calendars and other small gifts lets them know that he values their business. That in turn has helped him build K & H Enterprises to what it is today. Repeat customers and referrals prove that he puts his customers first through honesty, pride and hard-work.
In his spare time Doug enjoys fishing and gardening. He also supports Christian Aid Ministries.
